With the increasing global demand of oil and the exhaustion of land oil, offshore oil industry has been developed rapidly, offshore oil exploration and development technology has made great progress. With the further offshore oil exploration cause, subsea trees are more and more widely used in offshore oil and gas production. Therefore, the design of a subsea tree test unit used to detect and evaluate new services and subsea trees after maintenance is increasingly important.After understanding the research significance of subsea tree test system and combining the domestic and foreign research status and development trends, this artical analyzes the basic structure of the existing subsea trees and its control systems, as well as main performance, advantages and disadvantages. According to the relevant standards and FAT procedures subsea tree testing process is designed.According to the basic functions and testing requirements of subsea tree test unit and subsea tree test procedures, this article definites the designed requires of subsea tree test unit hydraulic control system and analyzes its working condition and determines the main parameters. Then the subsea tree test unit hydraulic control system scheme is determined and the main parameters of hydraulic control system are calculated and these types are selected. Hydraulic control system pressure loss and heat rise and other aspects of performance are also checked to ensure that the designed hydraulic control system meets all the design requirements.After determining the subsea tree test unit hydraulic control system scheme and parameters, based on the selected types and structures of hydraulic components, the appropriate hydraulic valve block structure is selected and the flow channel positions within the hydraulic valve block are reasonably designed. The three-dimensional models of the hydraulic valve block are constructed and the engineering drawings of hydraulic valve block are drawed. Then the structure form of the fuel tank adapted to the hydraulic control system is choosed and the reasonable structure of the fuel tank is designed. The main accessories of the fuel tank are also choosed. Then the three-dimensional model of the fuel tank is constructed and the engineering drawing of fuel tank is drawed. Finally, the appropriate form of pump station structure is selected and pipelines of hydraulic control system are arranged and the structure of hydraulic control system is designed. The three-dimensional model of the hydraulic control system is also constructed.
