Coiled tubing drilling has special adaptability,high efficient,low cost advantages of economy and low pollution and environmental friendly,has been widely used in Europe and the United States,where the continuous tube is the core of the technique.The material properties limit the continuous metal pipe,there are large weight,transportation difficulties,corrosion resistance is poor,short fatigue life and the technical bottleneck, composite pipe has good corrosion resistance, light weight,long service life,easy to realize the built-in cable,the comprehensive mechanical properties of the material and the manufacturing process is easy to adjust,continuous tube cable composite embedded cable or fiber used for power or signal transmission,make it become the best substitute for continuous metal tube,is the development direction of continuous tube.Advanced composite materials have been put into commercial applications of the continuous tube,mainly concentrated in the USA,Canada and Holland and other European countries,at present,no mature production technology and equipment to meet the downhole operation with composite continuous tube continuous production requirements,so it is urgent to carry out research in this area, to promote the application of technology in oil and gas drilling,operation and the production of underground engineering.Downhole working condition is complex,the composite continuous tube comprehensive high mechanical performance requirements,so the cable composite continuous tube was used to optimize the structure design, the comprehensive mechanical properties and electric power transmission optimum performance is one of the key technology.This article focuses on the cable composite continuous tube structure optimization design,composite continuous tube analysis,finite element modeling and mechanical cable composite continuous tube test transmission and mechanical properties and electric power research.This paper has investigated and analyzed the present situation of foreign advanced continuous tube cable composite, in reference to the continuous tube design,manufacturing process and product application experience of foreign advanced composite materials,considering the domestic resin(matrix), fiber(reinforcement) and other raw materials technology, and combining the coiled tubing technology requirements,continuous tube composite layer structure design, material selection and the fiber PU;comprehensive analysis to determine the continuous tube composite structure layer stratified nonbonding structure,each layer has different functions, to ensure continuous tube composite materials meet the bending properties of the piezoelectric properties, both the axial anti better tensile and,on the composite continuous tube were studied by finite element modeling and mechanics,verified the rationality of the structure design; on this basis,the trial of 50 meters of cable composite continuous tube test sample,carries out the cable composite continuous tube transport and mechanical properties of power test,finally formed the structure optimization design and testing technology of continuous tube composite materials.
