As gas storage well late work frequently, high pressure, the pressure of storage target layer coefficient is generally low, often occurs leakage, collapse, bringing a lot of drilling and completion problem. If we want to prolong the life of well, ensure the design of gas storage security, we need a comprehensive gas storage supporting.According to the characteristics of reservoir in zhongyuan oilfield wen 96 block,Summary pre-construction problems, we optimize gas storage well hole structure: on the one hand, optimize the casing program, on the other hand is to choose the corresponding bit size,as a result forming the zhongyuan oilfield gas storage well structure design program.Analyzing the article 96 of reservoir sand body distribution, fluid properties, pressure,temperature, and potential damage factors to reservoir, texting the property of layer, oil-inwater system, screening reservoir protection formula, such as temporary plugging agent,waterproof lock agent to suite the characteristics of layer, making the permeability recovery value reached 93-96%. To ensure gas storage well long life, using the sacrificial anode protection principle, connecting the well production casing to anode protector to suppress the casing electrochemical corrosion, prolong the service life of shaft. When cementing, the mechanical properties of the cement ring is highly demanded, develop a wet mixing, nonpermeability, and high toughness cement slurry system. According to the theory of micro ring gap- micro crack gas channeling, using the grading principle, developing the new antichanneling, toughening materials, especially the modified toughening rubber powder-M91 S,filling cement fissure, compensating cement shrinkage, eliminating micro annular space between casing and cement ring, improved the inherent brittleness of cement stone, enhancing the ability of anti channeling and cement toughness of cement stone, guaranteeing the cementing quality.Comprehensive gas storage technology has tested 3 wells, all of them achieved the desired specifications. Three wells intermediate casing, completion casing enter into the well success rate of 100%; increase average penetration rate from12.08 m/h up to 17.86 m/h,increased 48 percent; cementing quality 100% rate, good rate 100%. Zhongyuan oilfield comprehensive gas storage technology has significance to perfect our country gas supporting technology,to fill the gap of Zhongyuan oilfield underground gas storage drilling technology.
