QJ Company Pipeline Operational Safety Risk Assessment

QJ oil pipeline, since the completion of 1976, a large number of crude oil, has been the local energy arteries. In order to ensure the safety of QJ pipeline, improve the risk management level and reduce the risk, this paper carries out the risk assessment of QJ pipeline and puts forward the measures according to the results of the analysis.In this paper, we introduce the basic theory of risk management, risk assessment and risk assessment of pipeline. Then the paper mainly introduces the risk assessment method and the risk assessment method of RiskRcore pipeline.Secondly, to evaluate the risk of QJ pipeline, the basic situation of QJ pipeline is collected, and the status quo of QJ pipeline safety management is analyzed from three aspects: management system, organization structure and management.Once again, the risk assessment of QJ pipeline is carried out by using RiskRcore pipeline risk assessment method. The whole evaluation process is divided into the preparation stage, the data consolidation analysis stage, the pipeline risk calculation stage and the pipeline risk grade division stage.Finally, the results of the risk assessment of the pipeline failure probability, failure consequences, risk results, risk changes were analyzed; according to the results of the risk evaluation of the response measures, and finally the following conclusions:Oil and gas pipeline safety is influenced by transport medium, transportation pipeline,natural factor, social factor, production technology security management, risk factors, QJ pipeline, three risk factors of manufacturing and construction defects, third party damage and corrosion, and QJ pipeline has a higher risk management, risk management, risk level,and the existing security risks of QJ pipeline.
