Study On The Construction Of Ecological Civilization In The Vision Of Social Governance

At present,with the rapid development of China’s economy and society,the living standard of people has been improving significantly.However, this change also leads to the deterioration of ecological environment and the severe ecological crisis.So china is facing an unprecedented challenge in the sustainable development of economy and society.Under this background the report of 18 th party congress has brought ecological civilization in “five in one”_the overall layout of socialism with Chinese characteristics. For the first time,which reflects that our party accords great importance to the construction of ecological civilization in the new period.Meanwhile,the third plenary session of the 18 th central committee of CPC made it clear that it is necessary to improve the modes of social governance. to inspire the vitality of social organizations,to bring forth new ideas in system which can effectively prevent and resolve social conflicts and to make the system of public security perfect. However,as the reform and opening up comes to a difficult stage and our country is confronted with more conflicts and dramatic transformation,the lagging concept and manner of social governance has become an important factor influencing the construction of ecological civilization,in the new historical period,it is valuable and meaningful to make intensive study on the construction of ecological civilization in the vision of social governance, which will promote the sustainable development in economy and society and the realization of Chinese dream of the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.The literature basis of this paper is the existing research at home and abroad and a series of important speeches and reports on social governance and the construction of ecological civilization since the 18 th party congress. The guiding principles of this paper are dialectical materialism and historical materialism. The fundamental research methods of this paper are documentary research, the combination of normative analysis and current affairs’ analysis, and the multidisciplinary research. With the attitude of seeking truth from facts, advancing with times and integrating theory with practice,this paper starts to study on the construction of ecological civilization in our country in the vision of social governance to contribute a little to the practice of constructing ecological civilization in our country in the future. The full text mainly includes of four chapters.Chapter One: The related concepts and the explanation of their connections. This chapter firstly defines the concept of social governance and the ecological civilization, then, elaborates the logical relationship between ecological governance and the ecological civilization systematically.Chapter Two: The development history of social governance in constructing ecological civilization. This chapter firstly introduces the building process of social governance pattern about the construction of ecological civilization abroad then analyzes the exploring process of the social governance path on the construction of ecological civilization in our country in different period.Chapter Three: The current situation on the social governance of constructing ecological civilization in our country. This chapter elaborates the situation of social governance in constructing ecological civilization in our country mainly from three aspects: achievements, problems and reasons.Chapter Four: On the measures of promoting the construction of ecological civilization in the vision of social governance in our country. This chapter puts forward four feasible countermeasures to promote the construction of ecological civilization in China in the vision of social governance: the first strategy is to advocate the democratization of social governance and to promote the consciousness of society to participate in the construction of ecological civilization; the second strategy is to promote the diversification of social governance and to build the favorable pattern of the ecological civilization construction; the three strategy is to advance the institutionalization of the regulation on social governance and to standardize the practice of constructing ecological civilization :and the last strategy is to promote the continuity of social governance and to realize the conducting of constructing ecological civilization in all aspects.
