| The construction of ecological civilization is the basic strategy to realize the sustainable development of the Chinese nation.The party and the state attach great importance to the construction of ecological civilization.Protecting the ecological environment is an important part of building ecological civilization.National Chaohu scenic spot is the regional ecological foundation of central Anhui.Due to various reasons,the task of ecological environment management of Chaohu scenic spot is arduous.Studying the ecological environment problems of Chaohu scenic spot has important theoretical and practical significance.On the basis of clarifying the core concepts such as ecological environment and clarifying the relevant theories of ecological environment governance,this paper combs the governance practice of Chaohu scenic spot from the aspects of water environment governance,scenic spot protection and mine ecological restoration.Practice shows that the ecological environment management of Chaohu scenic spot has achieved remarkable results in the aspects of Green Shield point number cancellation,ecological and mine restoration,illegal construction control and so on.At the same time,problems such as water body protection,Lake governance and rectification of problem points are still prominent,and the task of governance is arduous.The main reasons for these problems lie in the insufficient self-construction of the governance subject,the unclear policy basis of governance,the unsmooth management mechanism of scenic spots,the unclear relationship between ecological environment protection and economic development,and the imperfect legal system.In order to speed up the ecological environment treatment of Chaohu scenic spot,three countermeasures and suggestions are put forward:First,learn from the experience in the management of scenic spots inside and outside the province,and from the experience in the management of quarrying scenic spots,West Lake scenic spots and Huangshan scenic spots;Second,straighten out the management system of Chaohu scenic spot,find out the positioning of the scenic spot management organization,clarify the relationship between the Chaohu scenic spot management committee and the local government and functional departments,strengthen the construction of the scenic spot management organization team,and explore the construction of the scenic spot grid management method;Third,strengthen the comprehensive treatment of Chaohu Lake water environment,establish an emergency prevention and control system for cyanobacteria bloom,strengthen the regulation of heavily polluted rivers and the protection of clean water rivers,and strengthen scientific and technological support. |
