PHC pile plays an important role in the foundation construction of high-rise buildings, residential houses, public works and highways, bridges, ports, large engineering equipment. The end plate is a necessary metal ring component of the pipe pile, whose forming process and quality is directly related to quality and service life of the pipe pile, and affect the service life of the building and personal property security. Taking this as the background, the paper carries further research on the ring part cold roll forming theory and simulation technology, and does experiment on the indepedently designed and developed special forming equipment, so as to develop the new energy-saving technology in end plate production.Aiming at analyzing the cold bending process of end plate and other ring parts, this paper takes advantage of theoretical analysis,FEM simulation and experiments.Firstly, this paper does the theory anslysis of the cold bending process,establishing the formulas of the neutral layer radius, stress and strain and bending springback.Secondly, based on the bending process,the article establishes the FEM simulation model in the help of MSC.MARC and Ansys, and verifies the correctness of the FEM analysis model after a comparison of the results of finite element analysis and the experiment results. With the simulation the paper anslyzes the stability of plastic deformation zone in the bending process and the effect of the roller position on the deformation. And with cold bending analysis on a large number of different working conditions, we get the changeing rules of workpiece thickness,height and neutral layer position under different relative bending radius and relative thickness. According to the analysis results, analytical formulas under certain conditions can be deduced. And considering the elastic metal recovery,the paper analyzes the influence of deformation conditions on the variations of inner hole diameter.Further, the pre-design of end plate blank is done, which makes the bending forming closer to the expection standards. And we carried the process experiment, obtaining the ideal ring blank, which makes a good preparation for next step of production.
