Cold-formed steel has many advantages,which is easy to be install,high efficiency,energy saving and environmental protection.Cold-formed steel is widely used in national projects such as automobiles,ships,construction,nuclear power,petroleum,railways and highways.The cold-formed forming industry is the focus of the development of the national manufacturing industry.At present,the domestic traditional channel steel coldformed industry cannot adapt to the market with increasing demand for cold-formed channel steel.Because this industry has problems such as low production efficiency,high defective rate of channel steel products,poor process continuity,and the high labor intensity of employees in this industry.In view of the above-mentioned problems,this article combines the Zhejiang Province's key research and development project " R&D and industrialization of intelligent digital complete sets of major independent equipmentR&D and industrialization of intelligent complete sets of processing equipment for special-shaped channel steel for seismic supports "(2020C01085),this paper studies the processing parameters and equipment of cold-formed channel steel.The specific research steps are as follows:Firstly,analyzed the process parameters of the channel steel forming process.Established a simulation model based on the process parameters.Used the simulation module in the COPRA to simulate the model to determine the strain in all directions during the blank forming process.The initial parameters were optimized to obtain the best process parameters of each forming roll according to the simulation data.Secondly,analyzed the main functional requirements of channel steel cold forming equipment based on the channel steel cold forming process.Researched and designed the mechanical structure of the equipment according to the requirements of the equipment,analyzed the key functions of the equipment and the action flow of the mechanical structure.On this basis,ABAQUS was used to obtain the best forming speed of the channel steel forming process of the equipment.Thirdly,completed the design of the hardware control system.The overall analysis of the hardware control system and the division of corresponding functions were carried out;the selection and configuration of corresponding components were carried out;the interface circuit design of each module of the hardware control system was completed.Finally,completed the design of the software control system.The control algorithm of the equipment was researched to realize the parallel and synchronous control of multiple processes based on the characteristics of channel steel cold bending forming process;the communication scheme which between client and server was researched based on the SOCKET programming technology in TCP/IP protocol;realized the design of man-machine interface based on C++ programming language.
