Study On Online Dynamic Balance Technology Of Steel Conditioning Wheel

Grinding is an important way of precision and ultra-precision machining,if grinding wheel is unbalanced,it not only causes the vibration and noise of the machine,but also seriously restrict the processing precision,grinding wheel’life and costs,etc.The resulting system from this is a eletromechanical integration equipment named grinding wheel auto balance system,which can conduct automatic detection and correction produced by wheel’s imbalance.Grinding wheel’s dynamic balance technology has been more and more attention at home and abroad.Extensive research and testing has been carried out for it.For the steel conditioning wheel,it has new features of large replacement frequency,high efficient,stable and low cost in processing.Therefor,it must causes serious impact to the processing efficiency and cost if exist wheel’s imbalance.So to design a system of steel conditionging wheel’s online dynamic balance has great research and economic significance.In this paper,the main purpose is to design an online dynamic balane system for steel conditioning wheel on the basis of wheel’s auto-balancing technology in the past. This paper studies the following aspects:The research and development of grinding wheel’s online dynamic technology are summarized,and the significance of this paper is discussed;The basic theory of grinding wheel’s online dynamic balance are studied in detail;The realization principle of grinding wheel’s balance is studied and a balance head is designed for steel conditioning wheel’s online dynamic balance system basis on it.Meanwhile,this balance head’s basic principles,strcture,woke processing,the calculation of balance ability,some design of ancillary equipments and three-dimensional simulation are given.The identify to vibration signal produced by wheel’s imbalance is summarized at basic principle and method respect.The balancing controlling strategy about the situation of single correction plane,in other words,about one balance head is given and appropriate method is selected for this system.The enforcing of measurement and controlling system for steel conditioning wheel’s online dynamic balance system is expounded.Through this study,a framework of steel conditioning wheel’s onine dynamic balance system is framed,which laids a good foundation for further study on steel conditioning wheel’s onine dynamic balance technology.
