Raccoon wool fiber itself has a darker color is taupe, the development and processing of textiles is only natural brown, the bright color can’t be obtained, so that the product color is monotonous and species is drab. With the gradually increasing of the expansion of domestic and foreign markets and the improving of people’s living standards, the original raccoon fur fiber textile dyeing and finishing process has been unable to meet the requirements of the people, so after the raccoon wool fiber had decolorizing processing, then the raccoon dog had dyeing and finishing process that can be made the product of the raccoon wool fiber are variety and have a unique style, high quality and excellent performance, making the range of the raccoon dog hair fiber is more widely for meet consumer needs, these are very important.This paper on the understanding of the basic properties of the raccoon hair fiber, then its discoloration and dyeing were studied. By chemical methods, using the strong oxidizing agent hydrogen peroxide to remove the natural pigment of the raccoon wool fibers contained, improve the whiteness of the raccoon dog hair fiber, making its color white and lighter to prepare for the fiber dyed bright colors. In the subsequent of dye process, raccoon hair with natural dyes and reactive dyes low temperature dyeing as the research object, discussing the low temperature dyeing of the reactive dyes and natural dyes of the dyeing properties in the raccoon dog hair fiber.The research provides a theoretical reference on the dyeing raccoon hair fiber of the reactive dyes and natural dyes used in the low temperature dyeing.By testing the decolorizing of the raccoon hair fiber and exploring the pre-processing of concentration of Fe(Ⅱ),the amount of sodium hydrogen sulfite, pretreatment temperature,pretreatment time and the oxidative decolorizing process of concentration of hydrogen peroxide,oxidation bleaching temperature, the amount of the pyrophosphate, oxidation bleaching time and the restore decolorizing process of the sulfur dioxide urea concentration, reduction bleaching temperature, reduction bleaching time of process parameters on the decolorizing effect of raccoon hair fiber, through test after decolorizing whiteness and strength of the raccoon hair fiber to evaluate the effect of the decolorizing and finding out the optimal technology of the decolorizing of the raccoon hair fiber. The optimum conditions for the raccoon hair fiber discolored is:pretreatment ferrous sulfate 8g/L, sodium hydrogen sulfite 1g/L, pretreatment temperature is 70℃,pretreatment time is 20min; the oxidative decolorizing hydrogen peroxide 20ml/L, sodium pyrophosphate 6g/L, oxidation bleaching temperature is 60℃, oxidation decolorizing time is120min; reduction decolorizing sulfur dioxide 1.5g/L, reduction bleaching temperature is 60℃,decolorizing reduction time was 40 min. After optimization decolorizing, the whiteness of the raccoon dog hair fiber is 62.44%, fiber strength is 3.67 c N.By the experimental study of dyeing raccoon dog wool fibers, with reactive dyes low temperature dyeing and natural dyes dyeing bleaching fiber, the main factors for the effect of the two dyes dyed the fiber were studied and discussed. Raccoon wool fiber with reactive dyes low temperature dyeing mainly discussed the influence of the amount low temperature dyeing auxiliary agent, dyeing temperature, dyeing time and concentration of sodium carbonate for dyeing properties, after the dyeing on the raccoon dog hair fiber, its apparent volume(K/S value)and color fastness were tested, It is concluded that the best conditions for the lanasol dyeing process is low temperature dyeing auxiliaries LTA was 2%(o.w.f), dyeing time 60 min, dyeing temperature is 85℃, anhydrous sodium carbonate 15g/L; and compared with the effect of conventional dyeing processes, It is concluded that the apparent color volume and color fastness is meet the requirement of the textile; raccoon dog hair fiber natural dyes was mainly discussed the amount of turmeric extract, dyeing temperature and dyeing time, The best dyeing process of natural dyes is turmeric extract 50 ml, dyeing temperature 90℃, dyeing time 60 min, p H 4. |
