Tuha oil field is a low porosity and low permeability oilfield, water flooding is the main production process, with the water flooding production, produced liquid water content increasing, thus oilfield sewage volume is also rising. Because of the scarcity of water resources, a lot of oilfield wastewater need to back into the stratum, in order to prevent the reinjection water harm to low permeability reservoir, making the water quality after treatment of oil field wastewater formulated the corresponding standard. Shenquan sewage treatment, not up to standard requirements. Based on the domestic wastewater treatment technology and process research, have a certain understanding of the existing oilfield sewage treatment technology and its application. The research and analysis of bacteria exceed the standard problem of suspended solids in sewage, the total iron content of Shenquan,, find the main reason, water treatment agent treatment effect is not good, flocculation is not complete, bactericidal effect. Through experimental evaluation of various new type water treatment agent, selected for SY-401, SY-9(B) and other 4 kinds of flocculants, TS-1227, TD-2 and other 5 kinds of bactericide, corrosion inhibitor DS-101, STH-1 inhibitor, TS-714, STZ-2, deoxidizing agent Na2S03. The compatibility between the compatibility agent and formation, preferably 4 formula, and the site test and application of 1# formula, suspended matter content from 23.1mg/L to 1.8mg/L, oil content from 15.2mg/L to 1.6mg/L, TBG content from 103 / mL to 0 / mL, iron content from 2.6mg/L to 0.1mg/L indicators below the water injection, requirements, test success.
