With the deepening of the late development of the oil field,the invalid water injection situation in Huabei Oilfield is becoming more and more serious,and the oil well water plugging technology is urgently needed to provide guarantee for its stable and increased production and enhanced recovery.In view of the low success rate of water plugging in reservoirs,poor temperature resistance,and poor selectivity,an oil-soluble resin selective water plugging agent is selected and prepared in this paper to improve the temperature resistance and selectivity of the plugging agent,and ultimately improve the crude oil the role of recovery.In this paper,the method of orthogonal experiment is mainly used to complete the optimization experiment of the components of the oil-soluble resin selective water plugging agent and the optimization experiment of the dosage of each component of the plugging agent.The formula: 49.5% C5 petroleum resin 2,22.5% phenolic modified rosin 3,9% polyethylene wax 2,9% xanthan gum 3,5% glyceryl monostearate(oil-soluble surfactant),5% Polyoxyethylene stearate SG-100(water-soluble surfactant).Using the method of laboratory experiment evaluation,the basic performances of the prepared oil-soluble resin selective water plugging agent such as water solubility,softening point(about 110 ?),oil solubility,salt resistance,and dispersibility were evaluated.The plugging agent is a selective water plugging agent with high temperature resistance,high salinity resistance and good dispersion performance.The stability and deblocking performance of the oil-soluble resin selective water plugging agent were evaluated,which showed that the oil-soluble resin selective water plugging agent had better stability performance and deblocking performance.The plugging performance of the oil-soluble resin selective plugging agent was tested by using a core plugging simulation experiment.The results show that the oil-soluble plugging agent has an efficient plugging capability.
