Study On The Technology Of Oilfield Sewage Treatment Of Zhenjing Oilfield

At present, Zhenjing oilfield sewage treatment technology is all sewage treatment and reinjection. However with the continuation of water injection time, the structure around injection wells is material blockage, caused by water injection pressure, even no water; iron pipeline, parts of scaling and corrosion is serious, affect the water work, increase the cost of maintenance and so on.In this paper, by analysis of Zhenjing oil field drilling wastewater and sewage, found that the two kinds of wastewater should be treated respectively, and put forward the new processing method of the scene:because drilling wastewater is very complicated, and incompatibility with store, in line with the economic principle of environmental protection, it should be considered after treatment can reach the national discharge standard then discharge; and oil recovery wastewater because of its chemical composition from the reservoir, and the reservoir is most similar, besides, the development of a large amount of water flooding oilfield, it should be compatible with the reservoir on a series of experimental research, and to make it meet the re-injection reservoir control standards.In the new process of discharge or recycling, both can be roughly divided into four units, namely:1) chemical processing unit, it can play the demulsification, destabilization, breaking, and flocculation to remove water insoluble, suspended solids, two price and heavy metal ions and so on, the organic removal can reach above50%, the removal of more than80%;2) HCDAF floatation unit, this unit is used to remove oil, dissolved organic matter, and further removal of suspended solids, oil removal of more than90%, suspended solids removal of more than90%;3) electromagnetic chemical processing unit, the electromagnetic unit can induce the oxidative removal of organic matter, high molecular, two valence ions, can reduce the COD, organic matter content;4) filter unit, the removal of suspended solids, meet the recharge or discharge water, suspended matter content after treatment is less than30mg/1. The treated water can reach the corresponding standards.
