Grass 128 was exploded in 2004. With the extension of developing time, the containing water of unit wells increased gradually, the effect of development manifest the increasing deterioration. The geological studies and fine stratigraphic correlation in three sections of the Grass 128 block indicates that the existence of the incomplete well pattern, low-degree of control reserves, straight sloped well with high water content to develop and other issues in this block. Base on geological cognition refreshed, studying the distribution of the remaining oil, compiling the development adjustment program by establishing a three-dimensional geological model and dynamic history fitting in three sections of unit sand of Grass 128, sequentially, selecting the optimal well spacing, horizontal length, note mining parameters, which is designed to improve the well network to further enhance oil recovery. Plan to deploy 24 horizontal wells, controlled reserves of new well is 128 × 104 t, new capacity 4.0 × 104 t, throughput 15-year cumulative steam injection unit 54.9 × 104 t, the cumulative oil production unit 73.51 × 104 t, recovery percent of reserves 15.7%.
