In21th century,exploitation of unconventional resource will be a focus. So,it has a very important meaning to develop heavy oil for our society economy and sustainable development of petroleum industry.At present, the numerical simulation is playing an important role on reservoir researching and describe.It is also a helpful tool to grasp the law of reservoir exploiting and development.But the heavy oil numerical simulation is under the primary level.Up to now, there is no systematic method, technique and simulator.According to the previous research about heavy oil flow experiments and flow theory, the develop idea of heavy oil simulator was determined.That is through adding starting pressure calculation modular into black oil simulator,the heavy oil flow or not can be judged.lt achieved the heavy oil simulation.At last the simulator program was developed successfully.Through simulator validating and comparing of several different simulation programs, the reliability of this heavy oil simulator was verified.Through this research in the thesis, main results are obtained as follows:(1) Validated the symmetry and zero balance of the simulator,its stability behaves well;(2) Through the comparing with software named Eclipse,the reliability of this simulator was verified;(3) Through constructing conceptual model,the function considering start-pressure of this simulator was verified;(4) Heavy oil models were simulated with this simulator,the reasonable conclusions were obtained:①It’s better to choose the combination of injecting water at reservoir bottom and producing oil at reservoir top when vertical wells were took advantage for heavy oil reservoir production;②The heavy oil reservoir production efficiency under horizontal well network is better than under vertical well network, and there exist a most optimist length of horizontal well;③When water is injected by horizontal well, the heavy oil reservoir production efficiency will be improved;④In this model,it’s more reasonable to choose five-point well network,small well space and small injection volum for production.
