Nitrogen oxides are the main cause of acid rain and smog. Electric power industry is the basic industry of the national economy, With the rapid development of economy, China’s demand for electricity continues to grow, Large capacity and high parameter thermal power units are becoming the main units in the power industry. The total nitrogen oxide emissions of fossil power plants are increasing day by day.The research is the technology rootmapchoice,technical scheme design and coordination control of the progress between the technical reconstruction and the unit overhaul based on the 600MW unit of Daihai Power Plant denitration system renovation project which hasbeen put into operation and has not been matched with the design of the denitration system in China. So the NOx emission targets can meetthe requirements of the national and local environmental policy and have a certain lead. The progress of denitrification can be coordinated with the unit overhaul schedule.The denitration system can be put into synchroized operation with the unit paralleledin the state grid.The thesis is divided into five parts. The first part introduces the research background,research contents, Technical features of denitration system renovation at home and abroad and management status.In the end the Purpose and direction of researchis given in the first part. LNB+SCR integrated denitrification technology route is determined in the second part according to the analysis of test results, diagnostic equipment of Daihai Power Plant boiler system equipment and comparative analysis of denitration system renovation at home and abroad.System configuration, system parameters and equipment selection are determined in the third part on the basis of Comparison demonstration of general arrangement, Low nitrogen burner renovation and SCR reform program.Schedule control, progress control and network planning technology is introduced in the fourth part.The theoretical foundationroute can be laid for the follow-up study.The Existential questions in progress control come up according to the of comparative analysis between the unit overheal and denitration system renovation with the help of arrow diagram. The coordination control between the unit overheal and denitration system renovation can be achieved using the network planning technique to optimize the denitration system renovation schedule.Daihai Power Plant denitration renovation works and unit overhaul are completed simultaneouslyand the effect is good according to the scientific demonstration of technological transformation planand optimal control of reasonable construction schedule. Annual NOx emission reduction ofDaihai power plant 2*600MW unitis about 11444 tons.lt has good energy-saving emission reduction and social benefits.Forty-eight million RMB Net price subsidy can be achieved after the denitration system operation.
