| In this paper, the star-shaped polymers were synthsized through the “core-fisrt†way by a relatively new polymerization method, which was called Single Electron Transfer Living Radical Polymerization(SET-LRP), and the concrete contents are as follows:The tris(2-dimethylaminoethy)amine is synthesized by N,N-bis(2-aminoethyl)ethylenediamine,Formic acid and Formaldehyde.The star-shaped PAM was synthesized by SET-LRP in aqueous solution polymerization, CCl4 as the multifunctional initiator, Cu0 and Me6-TREN as catalytic system.The target products were identified by infrared spectrum(FT-IR) and nuclear magnetic resonance(1HNMR).The effects of experimental conditions on the Star shaped-PAM being invesitgated thoroughly. The maximum molecular weight of the star-shaped-PAM can reach up to2.56 million.The kinetic plots of polymerization was first order, the molecular weight of polymer is low dispersion, Mw/Mn is 1.22,kpapp=0.02951min-1.The star-shaped-P(AM-co-AA) was synthesized by SET-LRP in aqueous solution polymerization, CCl4 as the multifunctional initiator, Cu0 and Me6-TREN as catalytic system.The target products were identified by infrared spectrum(FT-IR) and nuclear magnetic resonance(1HNMR).The effects of experimental conditionson the star-shaped-P(AM-co-AA)being invesitgated thoroughly. The maximum molecular weight of the star-shaped PAM can reach up to2.56 million.The kinetic plots of polymerization was first order,the monomer conversion was 71%,the molecular weight of polymer is low dispersion, Mw/Mn is 1.29,kpapp=0.02236 min-1.The star-shaped-P(AM-co-AMPS) was synthesized by SET-LRP in aqueous solution polymerization, CCl4 as the multifunctional initiator, Cu0 and Me6-TREN as catalytic system.The target products were identified by infrared spectrum(FT-IR) and nuclear magnetic resonance(1HNMR).The effects of experimental conditionson the Star shaped-PAM being invesitgated thoroughly. the maximum molecular weight of the star-shaped PAM can reach up to 2.56 million.The kinetic plots of polymerization was first order,the monomer conversion was 69%, the molecular weight of polymer is low dispersion, Mw/Mn is 1.25,kpapp=0.02439min-1. |
