The conventional pumping unit is still the main pumping unit in the field at present, the main reason is that its structure is simple, operation and maintain are convenience, and its use life is long. By the analyst to the pure torque curve of reductor shaft, we know that its limit angle is about 1 掳 ,that is ,the time of up-stroke is the same as the time of down-stroke, the rotation angle is the same, too. But the balance torque curve of the craft is changed by the sine, the torque curve of the suspension point load isn't so, and the pure torque curve is both composite. So the limit value of the pure torque curve and the fluctuate extent is big, it is the reason of the energy consumption. According to the fact and the idea of the least consumption and the fast result, we raise that let conventional pumping unit energy-saving under the condition of the least changed. So we hope to arrive the aim by optimized the length of the four-rod mechanism and the limit angle.According to the mechanism theory, we analyst its structure and motion. First, we built its mathematical model and list the aim function of mathematics and the restrain factors, and we calculate the factors of the four-rod mechanism by the compound method. Then , according to the different work condition, we program by Visual Basic computer language ,and we can get its motion parameter(displacemem@ velocity and acceleration) and dynamic force parameter (load and torque) and power of the electric motor and protract the curve of motion parameter and dynamic force parameter. Last, we will compare these parameter and curve and get the conclusion.The article has been carried out by the joint of the theory of energy-saving and optimizing and the oil-field practice, so it has good theory use for reference and the actuality use. It will has good energy-saving effect and economy benefit.
