Remanufacturing is a high technology industry of repair and transformation for waste products, which is used on parts that damaged or was about to be scrapped. Technology is on the basis of performance failure analysis,life assessment and so on, using a series of advanced surface engineering technology, so that the quality of remanufacturing products is qualified,even better than the quality of new products. The life of the main parts of pumping units is relatively long, and failure probability is small, while failure frequently occurs on the wearing parts or moving parts, such as crank pin shaft hole, the middle axial components, tail shaft components,input and output shaft of a reducer and so on,which is mainly due to the material of substrate is uneven, poor manufacturing processes,or long-term operation under the circumstances of alternating load occurring wear and failure to scrap, resulting in a huge waste of resources.In this paper,by analyzing the load status of connecting rod gudgeon, crank pin, tailshaft,and medial axis on the pumping unit,the changing rule of load with crank angle was obtained.Combining with the failure mechanism and influence factors of fretting wear, this paper proposes using the Ni-SiC nanometer composite brush plating technology to study.Take the 40 Cr that pumping unit ommonly used materials as the matrix material to study in tha lab.After preparation of the test solution, by using the mechanical agitation and ultrasonic mixing method for dispersion of the plating solution respectively,developed a set of parallel contrast test program.Through the observation of the surface morphology and deposition rate of coating, and make detection and analysis of wear after friction wear test,the basic parameters needed for the follow-up test were determined. Considering working voltage,bath temperature, ultrasonic power, ultrasonic time of adding Ni-SiC nanometer coating effect to create the orthogonal test.By comparing and analyzing the effects of different parameters on the deposition rate and wear resistance of the coating, the best process parameters combination of the remanufacturing study of Ni-SiC nanometer composite coating was determined.Achieved the aims that strengthen the surface of pump units wear parts, and improve the performance of the component.The ultrasonic wave is introduced into the Ni-SiC nanometer composite brush plating solution dispersed. Through the indoor experiment research, a set of optimizing operating parameters was obtained, which can improve the wear resistance of the coating. And it had been applied to the repair of connecting rod gudgeon and tailshaft of pumping unit,the tests indicate that the abrasive of abraded shafts have improved after operation for two months,and it verifies the rationality and feasibility of experimental plan presented in this paper,which will be available for the remanufacturing of pumping unit or other oil production equipment.
