Strict control of drug quality is the basic guarantee for human health. And drugs often contain a isomerism phenomenon, the analysis of the isomer of medicine has an important significance.Nuclear Magnetic Resonance (NMR) technology plays an important role in the field of medicinal analysis. It can also analyze the structure and quantitative analysis of the drug at the same time.We chose three drugs that contain isomers, in order to explore the application of NMR technology in the isomer body of medicine.They are piperine, ibuprofen and hydroquinone,with cis-trans isomerism, chiral isomerism and Position isomerism.The structure of piperine was determined by 1D and 2D NMR, quantitative analysis of the content of the piperine base by using the 1H NMR.On the basis of this study, a new method for quantitative piperine content was studied.After comparison experiments show that the new method is simple and feasible. This method has the advantages of high sensitivity, the method is simpler,reproducible.This method can be used for the quantitative determination of dihydroxybenzene isomers. |
