Xingbei Block of Daqing Oilfield faults is rich of remaining oil,it has great value of development, drilling around block and through the SAPU, high formation, due to the large variation of lithology, high permeability, coupled with the dip angle of the fault, strike, fracture zone width and some complex situation, adds great difficulty of the exploitation, with highly deviated wells drilling faults and inclination control 30 to 70 degrees. There may be a large deviation in this angle range, so that the difficulty of controlling the well trajectory is increased. Reservoir wellbore track all close to or drilling broken belt, prone to wellbore instability, the fall, cause sticking accidents. Once an accident occurs, treatment is difficult. It is urgent to near fault deviated well trajectory for the block control research of technology.Firstly, based on the analysis of geological parameters and XingBei Block drilling data, built the block fault model,by comparing the analysis,optimizing the near-fault deviated well casing and wellbore profile and track design, Through the calculation and analysis of the guiding tool to build the ramp capacity,The selection and matching of the trajectory control tool for the optimization of the high angle deviated wells,considering the strength of the drill, drilling parameters, hydraulic parameters and other construction conditions, establish guide BHA mechanical model to optimize drill and a combination of drilling and hydraulic parameters. This formed a whole set of recent fault experience in high Angle well trajectory control technology, and the field application effect of the technique are analyzed.By the research of this article,theory of wellbore trajectory control technology research and field application,form a set of suitable technology of Xingbei block of Daqing oilfield near fault high Angle Wells wellbore trajectory control, this technology can effectively avoid drill in drilling along the fault fracture zone and borehole wall instability caused by falling,collapse and cause the sticking accidents,and improve drilling efficiency and the blocks of remaining oil extraction rate.
