Study On Drilling Parameter Optimization For The Chad Doseo Block

Since optimized drilling parameters can effectively improve drilling performance and reduce drilling costs,drilling parameter optimization has been the key research content in drilling engineering.In developed blocks,the optimization of drilling parameters often has been deeply studied and promoted.However,due to lack of sufficient drilling data and information,the optimization of drilling parameters is often difficult to carry out in new blocks.The on-site drilling mainly rely on personal past experience and simple analysis of existing drilling data.In order to optimize drilling parameters of Chad Doseo block,this paper studies the drilling speed model and drill bit wear model;gives the method of determining parameters and coefficients in the model,establishes the drilling model of Chad Doseo block;establish single-objective and multi-objective drilling parameter optimization model according to the optimization theory and method,solves the optimization problems basing on Matlab;designs drilling parameter optimization software for on-site drilling personnel to use.
