The perforation is used by the gun body to release high impact energy to penetrate the casing and cement, and then make rock pore and fracture, provide access technology for oil flow, so as to maximize the effect of production. As the research of the oil and gas field exploration and development deepening, such as thin reservoir perforation and card sealing plugging operation become more and more. How to realize the accurate depth positioning, become an urgent problem to be solved.In order to ensure the accuracy of the perforating depth, used by margin calculation and correlation analysis to achieve perforating of short casing automatic depth-moving and tubing transmission perforating automatically read the current depth on the map, to achieve the digital record downhole signals and numerical control perforating the construction purpose, make the perforating system error can be controlled within 10 cm depth, meet the needs of the thin reservoir development.The basic circuit and single chip microcomputer as the basic unit, acquisition and processing signal from well, and transform to digital signal, and give it to software. The software use Win XP as the development environment, VB6.0 as the development platform, to achieve depth system and signal handle research and development.Develop this system mainly is to improve the casing collar signal independent identification, information collection and analysis of the effectiveness of the modulus conversion functions, graphic display and man-machine conversation function of signal recognition of single core cable transmission technology has been applied.Depth system adopts double counting mode, to ensure the accuracy and correctness of perforating depth.
