As the major oil fields have entered high water cut stage, the difficulty of development and stable production become more serious, so we conducted polymer flooding field test, and achieved significant effects. The sub-layer of Daqing oilfield have many problems, including interlayer contradictions, strong heterogeneity and the reservoir situation is bad, the polymer flooding measures have good effects, in order to increase production and make sure that different reservoir can be well conducted, we need conducted fine inject polymer in terms of different well group types. Now we conducted the optimization study on polymer flooding method in terms of different well group types of sub-layer in NanEr field, we determined the reasonable polymer injection time and established polymer flooding development effect chart, which is the deeper research of development in sub-layer.This paper compares and summarizes the all kinds of index change characteristics of polymer injection block of Daqing oilfield NanEr district’s sub-layer, and analysis the dynamic characteristics of the polymer injection. Combined single factor method and gray correlation analysis method with well’s dynamic and static data of NanEr district’s sub-layer, we determined the main influence factors of polymer flooding in sub-layer’s, and classified well group by cluster analysis and dichotomy classify method. First, we used PETREL software to establish geological modeling of blocks in the different well groups; Then, we used ECLIPSE software to conduct numerical simulate of blocks in the different well groups, and analyzed the potential of remaining oil; Finally, we optimized exploration of polymer intensity, concentration, fracturing time, hierarchical time, alternate time, cycle of polymer injection time in different well groups; This article provides theoretical basis for the development of Nan Er district’s sub-layer.We divided NanEr district’s sub-layer into four categories and established geological model of different well groups; We fitted water drive and reserves, analyzed the potential of remaining oil and optimized exploration in different well groups; We summed up the best injection time of various measures formulated in the different well groups, and established charts of different injection concentration. The results of this study enhance the polymer flooding in NanEr district’s sub-layer of Daqing oilfield and perfect exploration of polymer flooding; it provides effective practice for polymer flooding development, it is a powerful guarantee for oilfield sustainable development.
