| Drilling pump is the core machine of drilling rig, and it is an important equipment for oil production. Its performance and service life directly affect the efficiency of oil production. Fluid end is one of the two major structural components of the drilling pump. Therefore, the design of the fluid end of the drilling pump has become an important part of the research on the drilling pump. The traditional design method of the fluid end of the drilling pump has the problems of long design cycle, low efficiency and poor quality. It wil take engineers.a lot of time and efforts. So it is necessary to develop a new method which is based on the quality of the design. This new method has the characteristics of convenience, quick and high efficiency.In this paper, we take the three cylinder single acting drilling reciprocating pump as the object of the study to develop a set of parametric design system of the fluid end of the drilling pump. It is reference to advanced design methods at home and abroad, combined with the design and manufacture experience of drilling pump manufacturer, taking advantage of further development of SolidWork. The system can achieve the theoretical calculation of parts and components, theoretical verification, drawing three-dimensional model, drawing 2D engineering and processing data and other functions. This system can not only complete the design of individual parts, but also can realize the design of the whole system. Human-computer interaction interface ensures users to easily complete the design of the fluid end of the drilling pump.Fluent is a kind of software about fluid analysis. It is used to analyze the flow field of the valve gap. The law of fluid movement is analyzed and summarized from the velocity contour and streamline distribution map. The position of the maximum flow rate is found through the analysis of the results. The main reasons for the failure of valve are analyzed. Some reasonable suggestions and measure are given to prolong the service life of the valve which is one of quick-wear parts of the drilling pump. The movement characteristics of pump valve are analyzed by using Matlab software. The corresponding lift and velocity curves of pump vavle about different crank angle can be obtained. A theoretical basis is provided for the flow field analysis of the valve gap.According to the 3D model of the fluid end on the drilling pump, adopting the finite element analysis software ANS YS, the strength and stiffness analysis of the three main parts of the pump head, pump valve and valve seat are carried out under the pressure of 20MPa to verify its reliability. Through the analysis of the stress and the displacement nephograms, we find out the dangerous position of the structure of each component, analyze the causes of the risk point and give reasonable suggestions for further improvement. |
