Abstract/Summary:
The Booster Wateflood Pump is the equipment must be used during the eveningexploitation of oil field in order to improve the rate of oil recovery. ZYT PetroleumEquipment Co,. Ltd. has produced the 3125,450,8-37 waterflood pump , which can notsatisfy the requriements of some special oil extraction section, with the defect of lowpressure and small displacement.This thesis combines the design project of the new booster waterflood pump. Thedesign is according to the relevant prescript of GB/T9234-1987 Moter ReciprocatingPump strictly,and referring to the original wateflood pump,which make the new waterfloodpump achieve the high pressure and large flow at the same time. The discharge pressure hasreached 40 MPa . The theory flow has reached 16.5m3 /h .First this thesis analysed the development status of the waterflood equipment at homeand abroad. This thesis chooses the motor reciprocating waterflood pump compered theoilfield waterflood equipment, refered to the requriment of the client, and combined thepractice of the oilfield.Then this research is going on the design of the pump model, the collectivitysubstructure model, the drive end, the hydraulic end, and the main substrure parameters.This thesis has realizes the high pressure and the large output through theory analyse. Andsetting out the point of view of the pressurize surface constitutes ,analyse the connection ofthe beforehand touch stress , the close-self power , the close beforehand power and thespring at the V pressurize subsidiary reciprocating.At last this thesis is going on the finite element analysis software ANSYS about the keyparts of this pump hydraulic end inculding : pump end,outside box, middle box,and inside box, and gets the conclusion, which indicates that this design has reached the requriments ofprojects.
