On Environmental Responsibility Of Chinese Enterprises

Many companies are still using the production and management of high energy consumption, high emissions. Enterprise is a passive assume environmental liability.Therefore, environmental liability companies research has practical significance.Our corporate environmental liability compared to developed countries, it is still relatively backward, not only in the legislation is not perfect, the in-house management philosophy, law enforcement, judicial and public oversight is mainly the pursuit of further development. Therefore, the legislation of environmental protection, and promote the initiative to undertake the responsibility of environmental laws, improve law enforcement,justice, improve the social supervision of a research purpose of this paper.This paper uses normative analysis and comparative analysis and other research of corporate environmental liability issues. First analyzes the state of the US, Germany, Japan’s corporate environmental liability legislation, law enforcement, internal. Then based on the experience of foreign countries, our country can put forward to improve the relevant laws, and improving environmental awareness, and strengthen government regulation, improve the system of public participation in drawing these four points.The fifth recommendation is to improve the legal environment of corporate responsibility from the proposed legislation, business law, law enforcement, judicial, social supervision level.
