With the rapid development of people’s cultural needs and printing industry, the importance of finishing in the printing industry is also increasingly stand out, especially the post-press binding.As an important equipment in the industry of post-press binding,Horseback riding binding linkage line also develop towards the automation and digital human at a high speed with the demand of the market.The same stability caused by the high speed related issues also emerge in the actual production.Riding binding linkage line manufacturers found the problem of book floating page which due to the machine high speed production in riding binding linkage line, and this problem seriously affected the production efficiency and stability.It has a very big significance how to solve this problem to improve the stability of the whole machine of riding binding linkage line.The Anhui Huayin mechanical and electrical co. The research direction of this article is about the horse riding binding linkage line.Building on book page machine CAM performance research through the three-dimensional modeling software based on the book of the CAM mechanism 3D model. Then using ADAMS software simulation analysis on the movement characteristics, which movement curve;ANSYS Workbench software and modal analysis were carried out on the CAM, which can get the first 6 order natural frequency and vibration mode, and the basic grasp on book CAM of the modal frequency. It can provide a certain reference choosing appropriate sent out an invitation card to a page machine speed and suitable to effectively to avoid the resonance frequency of the motor parameters.This will have a vital role through knocking to a further improve the book of the CAM contour curve of CAM to get a more reasonable send out an invitation card of swinging rod motion law. And could provide an important theoretical basis in order to further improve the machine performance and the stability of the whole machine.
