Design And Research Of The Paper Handle Applicator

With the huge development of food packaging industry, a kind of packing box with plastic handle which has the characteristic of convenient rapidly captures the main market. However, the plastic handle is hard to be degraded and its tensile strength is susceptible to ambient temperature. And plastic handle is very easy to be broken especially during the winter. Besides, the packing bag with plastic handle is not easy to stack, takes too much room and increases the logistics cost. In order to solve this problem, this paper proposed an issue that use the paper handle replace the plastic handle, and this project not only solved the present problems but also eliminated the secondary pollution of the plastic handle. The installation of the paper handle is harder than that of plastic handle because of the soft paper handle. As a result, this paper has a deep study into the process flow of the installation of the paper handle, proposed solutions to the potential problems so as to guarantee the reliability and stability of the process. The mainly research result is as follows:1、The paper has a research on the principle of the machine. Proposed several methods to install the paper handle and the comparing analysis is made for advantage and disadvantage.And then choose the cam-linkage mechanism as the driving part.2、Based on the structure analysis made,specification of the paper handle and error compensation mechanism, established a three-dimensional model of the paper-handle applicator.3、Kinetic analysis of cam-linkage mechanisms is discussed.CAM mechanism and the CAM contour line are calculated by using computer-assisted software.And the displacement velocity and acceleration of the followers are obtained.4、Dynamics simulation of the applicator is made according to the virtual prototype. And the improvement is made based on the instability factor which is obtained from analysis data.As a result,the stability of system is guaranteed under a certain working condition.
