| Hot press sintering machine is the essential equipment for hot pressing of diamond products, especially for diamond saw blade cutter head, diamond grinding wheel, diamond module and other diamond segment products. There has been a high energy consumption of domestic hot pressing sintering machine, and copper electrode is easy to be oxidation for the high temperature. Therefore, a energy consumption measurement of hot pressing sintering machine to explore the energy-saving design method has an important significance in engineering and industrial application value.In this paper, the energy consumption of SM80 type hot press sintering machine diamond products and electrode structure are studied. The experimental method and simulation method are used to study the energy saving and consumption reduction scheme of hot press sintering machine. Using SolidWorks software for 3D modeling of the hot pressing sintering machine parts and fluid solid thermal coupling simulation analysis on the heat preservation conditions of different energy saving improvement of temperature field by ANSYS simulation software, mainly as follows:(1) the energy consumption distribution of hot press sintering machine is analyzed, and the energy consumption measurement scheme is designed according to the energy consumption characteristics. On the basis of SM80 type hot press sintering machine, the cooling system is improved, the measuring water block is added, and the test platform is built. The test platform is stable and the accuracy of the measurement instruments can meet the requirements of the experiment.(2) the heat transfer path of hot press sintering process under different working conditions was analyzed, and the optimum measuring conditions were determined.The energy distribution of hot press sintering machine and the temperature field distribution of the sintered body were determined. The experimental results show that the energy consumption of the cooling system is the largest, which accounts for78.02% of the total energy consumption.(3) in view of the high energy consumption of the water cooling system, three kinds of energy saving electrode design for graphite electrode, intermediate heat insulation layer and copper electrode were put forward. Specifically, the design of the inner concave electrode, the combined electrode design and the filling electrode design.(4) temperature field simulation analysis and size optimization analysis of hot press sintering machine and energy saving improvement design. The results show that the average temperature of the upper surface of the copper electrode can be reduced by the design of the composite electrode and the electrode design, and the design effect is better than that of the combined design. |
