Objective To set up the model of exposure-response relationship between air pollution and eczema outpatients, the effects of air pollution on daily eczema outpatients was estimated and the lag effect of this impact was also analyzed in Beiing district. It wasused to provide the scientific evidence for preventing and controlling diseases of respiratory system. Methods The outpatients visit data of eczema was obtained from the Air Force General Dermatology Hospital during April 1, 2012 and April 1, 2014. Meanwhile, The meteorological data was collected from China meteorological data sharing service system and the concentration of air pollutant from the Beijing Municipal Environmental Protection Center The generalized additive model methods based on time-series analysis was used to analyze the relationship between the concentration of air pollutants(PM2.5, PM10, SO2, NO2) and average daily outpatient visit of eczema, after adjusting the influences of long time term and seasonal trends control, holiday and the weather conditions.Results1 the development of eczema is closely related to environmental pollution and climatic factors;2 Exposure- response relationship chart shows : PM2.5, PM10, SO2, NO2 and the number of outpatients visits of eczema has a positive correlation, with the pollution index rises, the outpatients visit data of eczema may increase in the number of days;3 atmospheric pollutants and eczema outpatients was significantly correlated in a single-pollutant models. The result shows that the concentration of pollutants( PM2.5,PM10, SO2, NO2) increased by 10μg / m3,the daily outpatient eczema increased respectively by 0.3%,(0.1, 0.4), 0.3%(0.2, 0.4), 0.4%(0.0.9), 1.6%(1.1, 2.0), the effect of the most significant pollution concentrations is in the concentration(Lag0) the same day;4 the two pollutant models shows: the strongest strength of the association between air pollutants and the outpatients visit data of eczema is the gaseous pollutants.5 Gender hierarchica shows: men and women, more women than men more susceptible to air pollution, the pollutants of PM2.5, PM10, SO2, NO2 have a significant on the group of people more than 35-year-olds.Conclution In the multiple air pollutants models the Atmospheric pollutants had an adverse effect on outpatients of eczema in beijing district. The increase of air pollutant PM2.5,PM10, SO2 and NO2 is a risk factor for the eczema patient of beijing.
