Study On The Logistics Service Quality Control On The Dairy Product Based On Hierarchical House Of Quality

With the remarkable development of people’s life quality, the sale scale of the dairy products increases constantly. Meanwhile, the quality problem of dairy products has emerged frequently. The dairy products logistics serves run through the whole process of their production and sale of dairy products, and it plays a great important role in guarantee the quality of dairy products. Therefore, it is considerably necessary to study the quality control on the dairy products logistics service on the integrative dairy products supply chain. These study will support the decision makers of the enterprises to improve the efficiency of the dairy products logistics, reduce logistics quality accidents, improve logistics service quality, improve customer satisfaction, and guarantee the quality of dairy products. This paper mainly studies the transfer regulations of the logistics service quality deviation on the integrative dairy products supply chain and the quality control method on the dairy products logistics serviceThis paper conducted the following research:First of all, this study analyzes the dairy products supply chain logistics, including dairy products supply logistics, production logistics and distribution logistics; For in this article, the definition of logistics service quality is defined, and points out its relationship with the customer satisfaction; Based on LSQ model and SERVQUAL model, this paper constructs the index system of the quality of dairy products logistics service quality based on customer satisfaction.Secondly, this study on the basis of the demonstration of logistics service quality control necessity, from the perspective of the customer satisfaction, constructs the dairy product supply chain logistics service quality control model; and studies the influence degree of the various key elements of the service to the customer satisfaction, using the fuzzy analytic hierarchy process and grey correlation method and hierarchical house of quality theory. Thereafter, the example is given to verify the accuracy of the model, and results in the cases of dairy products supply chain logistics service of all key elements to the overall logistics service quality influence ranking, so as to obtain the sequence of quality control for each of the key elements.Then, this paper based on the sequence of quality control of key elements, studies the first key elements of quality control in-depth, including its impact on all aspects of the supply chain and its transfer rules on the influence on the whole supply chain. First, the definition of logistics service quality deviation of dairy products and the delivery process of dairy logistics service quality in supply chain are analyzed; By referring to the deviation theory in the field of machinery, the model of logistics service quality deviation transfer based on the priority factors of quality control is established; This study constructs the logistics service quality deviation transfer network, by fluctuations in the level of logistics service quality of the network nodes, elements analysis and evaluation of the quality variation source, finds out the deviation of the logistics network of key elements and variations in the quality of the source. Thus, it is important to determine the key elements of the supply chain management and control, to reduce the spread of logistics service quality problems. Finally, the feasibility of the model is verified by numerical simulation and simulation, which provides a new method to find the source of quality risk and its link from the whole point of view of supply chain process.Finally, the conclusion of this paper is given, and the future research directions are prospected.
