| Since 2012,under the background of overcapacity in steel,cement,glass and other industries,the development of refractory industry has presented downward pressure.Especially under the forward-looking situation of environmental policy control,energy conservation,emission reduction and double carbon targets,the development of refractory industry faces transformation and presents a new development mode.Under the new situation,the sliding nozzle needs to adjust the strategy around customer demand,customers from a single sliding nozzle demand to the quality contract system of sliding mechanism,sliding nozzle and thermal repair service function of the overall realization of sliding nozzle function,how to control the overall quality,constantly meet customer needs,complete the transformation of operation mode,and promote the overall quality improvement is the focus of this paper.The whole life cycle of the sliding nozzle function system is composed of the sliding mechanism and the design of the sliding nozzle,the production and the use of continuous casting,and the after-sales service of the hot repair site.In this paper,the concept and method of quality function development(QFD)is introduced.After fully studying the working principle and market background of sliding nozzle,the Carnot model thinking is used to conduct market survey and evaluation,and the customer demand and importance evaluation of sliding nozzle system are obtained.Through the analytic hierarchy process(AHP)and using yaahp software to verify the consistency of customer demand importance data,the key customer demand and importance index of the third level are determined.Thirdly,based on the QFD theory,the relationship matrix,evaluation matrix and output item matrix are constructed to build the demand transformation house of quality.Using the transformation of the house of quality to determine the relevant quality and technical indicators,the customer demand and the quality and technical indicators were evaluated by matrix,and finally the importance and ranking were obtained,and the market competition evaluation was completed,the key control factors were determined,and the output of the house of quality of the sliding nozzle system was completed,providing decisions for the quality improvement of the sliding nozzle system.Taking BW Company’s quality improvement in the field of sliding nozzle system as an example,this paper studies the process of building the model of the sliding nozzle system house of quality,determines 13 key customer requirements and converts 10 important technical quality indicators.The improvement measures are put forward around the key customer demand and important technical quality index and the results are achieved.This study has certain help and guiding significance for the quality improvement and subsequent development of BW company’s sliding nozzle system.It is a beneficial practice to introduce QFD method into the field of refractory materials for exploration. |
