The Application Research Of Using Standard GB/T29590in Petrochemical Construction Project

The improvement of the construction site management is a foundation work, it also the difficult point for construction companies. It is very hard for companies to choose a suitable management tools because there are too many specific features in construction site, such as varietal technology and methods; disperse work site; limited finishing period; more manpower needing and floating manpower; limited construction period; more uncertain factors and hazard. How to use a suitable and effective method or standard to improve the site management that will increase the economic benefit, satisfaction of related party, value of staffs and core competitiveness. So it becomes the focus of business management for construction companies.2009, China Association for Quality launched total improving management for site in whole country area, then <Criteria for field management in enterprise>(GB/T20590) had been formulated for Chinese enterprise site management aiming at the history of the Chinese enterprise management and specialty of realistic management. The enterprise can use this criterion to solve some matters in site.This thesis use Quanzhou XXX Petrochemical Construction Project as a case to show how to implement criterion with project impel factors such as strategy, leader work, project culture etc and making improved works such as manpower, equipment management, technical management, quality control, HSE, site cost control etc with three part that is plan, execute and improvement. All works will perfect the construction efficiency, increase the quality of production and construction,strengthen the innovation and improved ability of staffs, satisfy the need and expect of clients.The thesis can guidance the other construction enterprise especially forpetrochemical construction enterprise to implement the criterion.
