With the arrival of digital age, the digital of printing equipment has becoming mature. For the connection with digital printing, the requirement of digital post-press has gradually increased.The technological process of traditional post-press die-cutting technology was introduced at the beginning of this article. Based on the problems of traditional die-cutting, a new die-cutting technology, laser die-cutting technology was put forward. Laser die-cutting technology, its characteristics, the research status and future development trend were described in this article.For the common laser die-cutting equipment in market, movable worktable, flying light path and galvanometer-based these three mode of laser die-cutting were proposed. The simple mechanism, working principle, cutting range, cutting speed, major typical equipment in market, equipment performance and equipment parameter were briefly introduced. two-link mechanical arm die-cutting mode was proposed and briefly introduced after comparing the die-cutting range and speed of three die-cutting modes.The whole structure of the laser die cutting system that based on the mode of two-link mechanical arm was introduced. Two kinds of optical path project were put forward, which was include of Fiber-optical Path Project and Reflector Optical Path Project. Finally the Reflector Optical Path Project was chosen, and the optical fittings that using on it was selected. The transmission system was designed and the movement of beam was through the driving of hollow stepper motor with harmonic reducer. The calculation and selection of motor and speed reducer was carried on.Finite element analysis for big arm and small arm of two-link mechanical arm were carried on by applying ANSYS, the strength and rigidity of them were checked, and it was proved that the strength and rigidity of big arm and small arm satisfied requirement. Modal analysis for whole mechanism of two-link mechanical arms were performed, and the six modes were worked out to prevent the occurrence of resonance during the exercise of mechanism.Coordinate system for two-link mechanism was established, the positive and inverse kinematics analysis were carried on. Simulation modal for two-link mechanical arm was build and simulation analysis for interaction space was made by using the MATLAB/Simmechanic. Kinematics simulation modal for two-link mechanical arm was established based on MATLAB/Simmechanic, and the correctness of inverse kinematics was proved.Dynamics analysis for two-link mechanical arm was performed, three common method of kinematics modal building were briefly introduced, and dynamics equation modal of two-link mechanical arm was found by using the Lagrange method. Dynamic simulation was carried on based on ADAMS, and the torque curve of each joint was obtained.Through the above work, the second lever arm for laser die cutting equipment was put forward, which effectively improved the speed of die cutting under the guarantee of precision and range of die cutting.
