Users also want to be able to express themselves uniqueness on the packaging, but without losing the elegant and beautiful, so the requirements of printing products also will be improved, thus contributing to the promotion and application of the QR code application on the packaging printing. In order to solve the information position offset problems appearing in the jet-printing process and achieve the accuracy required by the user to ensure quality packaging printing products, codes tagged positioning control system is designed based on inkjet-printing platforms. The system uses a combination of mechanical positioning and electronic technology, which also includes machine vision and digital image processing on the computer finish. It is a complex system that combines several disciplines and technologiesThis paper introduces the design and implementation of entire codes tagged positioning control system. System takes image gathering for substrates by using the industrial cameras. Through USB3.0 high-speed interface to transferring data and using image data location algorithm processing in the data processing part, the obtained results were used to control printing module, to achieve a rapid printing process real-time feedback process. Test results validate the entire system is designed to improve the positioning accuracy of the packaging materials to a certain degree. Wherein the codes tagged positioning control is the core of the whole system, directly determines the degree of quality and aesthetics of packaging.
