With the development of people’s living standard and consumption level, the wear comfortable and health consciousness of people is becoming more and more obviously, the textile fabric finishing agent with single function could not satisfy people’s demand. So the domestic and abroad researchers began to explore and seek the multifunction products, which can improve its added value and meet the market demand.In this dissertation, the way of semi-continuous emulsion polymerization was adopted, the multi-functional fluorine-containing acrylate copolymer emulsion was obtained from the synthesis of basic and functional monomers. The multi-functional fluorine-containing acrylate copolymer were tested and characterized by performance analysis. The synthesis of multifunctional fluorine-containing finishing agent was applied to cotton and polyester/cotton fabric, and its characters of waterproof and oil,anti-fouling, easy decontamination and the durability were studied.Under the condition of SDBS and AEO-9, the single without F was BA, EHA and MMA, the single with F was G04, the single with water was Double allyl ether 和NMA. The polymer was obtained from method of emulsion polymerization. The structure and physical properties of copolymers were characterized by the methods of infrared spectrum(FT-IR), thermo-gravimetric analysis(TGA), gel chromatography(GPC), particle size and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy(XPS).The best synthetic process was obtained through adjusting a series of conditions and discussing polymerization stability and application effects of emulsion polymerization: emulsifier(SDBS:AEO-9=3:4) dosage was 2%; the ratio of monomer(BA:EHA:MMA) was 9:2:9; the initiator APS was 0.9%; G04 dosage was 50%; Double allyl ether dosage was 2%, NMA dosage was 1%. polymerization temperature was 80℃,the add time was 2.5 h.The fluorine-containing finishing agent was applied to cotton and polyester/cotton fabric. The characters of waterproof and oil,anti-fouling, easy decontamination and the durability were tested, the best synthesis process was obtained:cotton fabric/polyester-cotton fabric → two dipping two rolling(finishing agent 80g/L/70g/L,immersion time 10min/25min) → predrying(100 ℃,3min) → baking(160℃/170℃,3min) → washing → drying. The contact angle of the finished cotton fabric reached 131.5°, the level of oil repellency reached 3, the level of antifouling performance reached 4, the level of easy decontamination reached 4. The contact angle of polyester-cotton fabric reached 134.2°, the level of oil repellency reached 3, the level of antifouling performance reached 4, the level of easy decontamination reached 3. It still has good effects after thirty times wash. |
