This paper uses the scientific instruments to measure the physical properties of fabric, through the data to describe the style of textiles;now fabric is prone to appear uneven blistering phenomenon on the surface under the condition of wet in a lot of worsted wool fabric factory, fabric blistering phenomenon caused the wide concern of the enterprise.In this paper, based on the enterprise to provide high-grade worsted fabric, yarn as the research object, using scanning electron microscopy and KES fabric style instrument to study the style of high-grade worsted fabric, selecting five performance to test fabric:tensile, shear, bending, compression, surface friction, analyzing the characteristics of the26 filarte worsted fabric and 35 nanshan worsted fabric, and analyzing the filarte and nanshan worsted fabric’s style of basic fabric and comprehensive style value; then counting and analyzing high-grade worsted fabric of blistering level, and choose the 12 typical blistering fabric to study the fixed load elongation of warp, weft and embedded yarn under the dry and wet condition.First of all, with the aid of scanning electron microscope(sem), the fabric of woollen serge, woollen celtic structure is bright,clean and even; Light wool-polyester fancy suiting has thin coating structure closely; the surface of woollen elastic fancy suiting is full of hairiness, woollen fancy suiting is fluffy and thick; fabric contains wool and silk has the clean surface with bright color.Secondly, through the contrast analysis shows that the fabrics of each type of fabric style, the stiffiness value 4.76 of brushed fancy suiting is higher; the smooth degree value7.59 of woollen celtic is higher; The fullness value 7.17 of brushed fancy suiting is higher;From the point of comprehensive style value, woollen celtic’s comprehensive value of 4.33 is higher than the rest of the varieties of fabric style. filarte is contrasted with nanshan worsted fabric style, the analysis show that the filarte fabric’s stiffiness value of 3.696 is lower than the nanshan fabric value of 4.532; filarte fabric’s smooth degree value of 6.338 is slightly higher than the nanshan fabric value of 6.301; but filarte fabric’s fullness and comprehensive style value of 5.645, 3.433, are slightly lower than the nanshan fabric valueof 5.809, 3.672. Therefore, the style of filarte fabric is soft, fine, smooth, fluffy and thick.Then, the most blistering fabric is the fabric of woollen serge and woollen fancy suiting, usually the use of embedded yarn such as silk or polyester filament as a kind of texture decoration, the second is the senior fancy suiting and the fabric contains wool,hemp, and silk, which use the raw material by ply yarn with wool, hemp, silk. Because the fabric of different material have different modulus and Shrinkage difference under the wet condition, which is more likely to lead to the fabric blistering performance.Finally, study on the yarn’s fixed load elongation shows that, the woollen yarn of different yarn count, the elongation increases with the increase of additional tension under the wet condition, elongation under wet conditions than under dry condition changes more significantly, and the elongation of four ply yarn is more than the elongation of double ply under the wet condition, polyester filament’s elongation is no difference almostly and the elongationare is below 3% under dry and wet condition. fabric blistering level is divided into 5 levels, from 1~5 level indicate the blistering degree from high to low, level 3 above for qualified, the listering level of woollen fancy suiting fabric(Q9) is 1, the fixed load elongation difference of the woollen yarn is significantly under the dry and wet condition;the blistering level of woollen serge fabric(Q1) is 2, the fabric contains polyester fiber of no hygroscopicity; the listering level of senior fancy suiting fabric(Q4) is 2~3, the fabric use the raw material by ply yarn with wool, hemp and silk. |
