| With the increasing emphasis on the tool edge passivation technology, a variety of edge passivation methods continue to emerge, usually containing mechanical contact passivation, hand passivation,but there is existing in passivation a way of low efficiency, blunt of inconsistent quality, passive wheel wear seriously problems.To solve these problem, this paper consider the electrochemical machining process,establishes the mathematical modeling of the arc-shaped edge passivation,by selecting four factors of the electrolysis gap, feed rate, power frequency, voltage electrolysis do orthogonal test, showing that the electrolysis gap and the electrolysis voltage have the greatest impact on removal,getting optimal combination of process parameters for passivated radius 0.03mm:the electrolysis voltage of 10V, the feed rate of 10mm/min,the power frequency of 9KHZ, the electrolytic gap of 0.4mm. By using consistency experiment to verify that SKYCNC electrochemical mechanical CNC machine tools machinery electrolytic passivation is consistency.Through the single factor experiment, getting the electrolysis voltage,electrolysis gap and removal of a plot. Finally, through two straight flute drill that are passivated by using different ways conduct cutting contrast experiment, analysis wear of the cutting tool, obtained that cutting tool passivated by electrochemical machining method is optimum than that by abrasive nylon brush dish passivated, designed experiments equipment can passivate linear tool edge, having guiding significance on the other electrochemical machining passivation of carbide passivation. |
