Research On Quality Risk Assessment And Control Of Dairy Products Supply Chain

Dairy products become more and more people daily life indispensable nourishment, however, the increasing demand and output in dairy products at the same time, dairy products quality and safety problems arise. Therefore, it is necessary to study from the perspective of dairy products supply chain, to assessment the dairy products supply chain quality risk, strengthen the control of dairy products supply chain quality risk, ensure the quality and safety of dairy products.This paper relies on the National Science and Technology Support Program (2014BAH23F01).From the perspective of dairy products supply chain, this paper studies dairy products supply chain quality risk identification, assessment and control problems:Firstly, this paper summarizes the research of supply chain risk assessment, supply chain quality control and dairy products supply chain risk management at home and abroad in recent years. This paper summarizes the research literature of the concept of supply chain quality risk, clears the scope of research.Secondly, this paper from the dairy supply chain processes of raw milk supply, production processing, distribution and marketing, the quality risks of dairy supply chain are identified, constructing assessment index system of dairy products supply chain quality risk.Then, based on the BP neural network to establish the dairy products supply chain quality risk assessment model, this paper introduces the basic principle of BP neural network, algorithm process and evaluation procedure, using Matlab to establish the dairy products supply chain quality risk assessment model based on BP neural network.Based on the contract theory,the dairy products supply chain quality risks control contract models are studied, respectively discusses milk station and dairy companies respective loss sharing model, external loss sharing model and internal and external loss sharing model.Through the comparison with the global optimal solution that the internal and external loss sharing of risk control contract model can achieve global optimal, solving the milk station and dairy enterprise internal and external loss-sharing ratio, through case analysis, proves the validity of the contract model.Finally, this paper summarizs the research and points out the aspects to be further studied.
