The sixth oil production plant of Changqing Oilfield Hu a joint station is a set of crude oil metering site, pick up large water as a whole. Since the station, in the production of water treatment, the use of the process is:"a settlement in addition to the oil+level 1+1+1 gravity filtration" and "a deposition process+1+1"". With the development time of the oil field, the two processes can not meet the needs of the current stage. This needs to analyze the water quality of the water treatment joint, and the effect of water treatment process and the existing problems of the water treatment process. The paper puts forward the process improvement scheme, and the key to improve the "two grade oil removal" technology, which is suitable for the new technology, which can improve the water quality. In the process of water injection development, the water absorption ability of the formation is better, and the water absorption ability of the formation is gradually decreased after a period of time. The reason is that the water quality is not stable, resulting in the formation of the formation, so that the formation of water absorption capacity, so the oil field water treatment process to improve and promote, so that the water quality standards is the key to ensure the normal water injection. To the injection water requirements are:mechanical impurities not blocked pore, and formation and fluid precipitation reaction occurs, pipeline corrosion, with good ability of wash oil. With the extension of oil field development, sewage output increased rapidly, so the sewage has become an important source of water for oilfield development in the middle and late period of water injection, to improve oilfield produced water reinjection rate, effective use of produced water resources is the important work of the sustainable development of oil fields.
