| The corrosion of produced sewage in the second and fourth minesite in Linpan oilfield is serious. This article investigates the elements what have caused the serious corrosion, gives a method to measure the concentration of corrsoin inhibitors what are using in oiler at present, and synthetises one corrosion inhibitor that has good effect in Linpan corrosion inhibition. Through analysis of the produced sewage in Linpan oilfield, the gas in annular tube and the corrosion product, this article find that: CO2 is the internal agency for corrsion; the hypersalinit, the abundant Ca2+ and the light HCO3- all have promoted the metal corrosion. The method to measure the concentration of corrsoin inhibitors is the first derivative method of spectral separation, its feature absorption wavelength is 332nm. This method can reduce the disturbance of the oil element, the measurement error less than 15%. Seeing that the Linpan corrosion inhibitor can not reach to the dapartmental standard (corrosion rate less than 0.076mm/a), this article has synthetised one alcohol ether phosphoric ester APP. Its corrosion control effect in Linpan produced sewage can reach to the dapartmental standard. When APP combinate with imidazoline, its corrosion control effect can be enhanced. |
