With the rapid development of economy and the rising of our living standards at present, the concept has changed gradually with the people’s consumption, the great mass fervour has made it in the domestic about the fashion wig consumption because of the wig’s consumption succeeding from making up of the original attributes to the fashion accessories; there are five basic standards in December 30,2008 about our hairwork standard, those standards lacking about technical indicators,evaluation standard, test method and special equipment. Because the human hair is scarce, more and more the chemical of fiber materials and the new of technology are applied in the hair of produce. Some technical indicators are needed to assess the quality of product characteristics. The urgent matter should improve gradually the relevant standards of the wig industry and promote fast, healthy and orderly development of the wig industry.Because the hairwork consists have a lot of kinds, the topic has carried on the direct tension, hook, nodules such as mechanical property test, friction coefficient, infrared and thermal test to illustrate the different composition of hairwork of various physical properties difference, the results show that the various fracture strength of flame retardant PET employees more than several other, the chemical hairwork elongation is better than true hair elongation; The friction coefficient of hairwork were greater than the static friction coefficient, and the hair with friction coefficient is generally greater than the friction coefficient of synthetic hair and the thermal stability of flame retardant PVC is better than the other. This topic to the hairwork of the flame retardant performance conducted in-depth research on the basis of the above, and detailed analysis of the flame retardant test method, test conditions, the evaluation index of hairwork and the influence factors and so on, thus to lay a solid ground for the establishment of hairwork flame retardancy standard basis.The study found that the standards and technology on the flame retardancy of textiles cannot be completely applied to the performance test of wig. This topic chooses three methods to test the flam retardant of hairwork on the basis of the flame retardant textiles testing, including: vertical method, 450 and limit oxygen index. TO determine the hairwork has flame retardant or not used to experimental method: vertical method. The flame retardant test indexes through tests on vertical instruments as follows: the size of the damaged length, the form and temperature of a drop, the form and temperature of the residue. Test conditions: the length is more than 20 cm, the weight is about 1.72 g, lit time setting as 12 s;The factors affecting of hairwork flame retardant performance due to the impact of daily life in our daily life, so we test its flame retardant properties with each of the samples after different solution pickling time, its influence factors as follows: the greatest influence of the alkaline acid sweat soiled and the greater influence of shampoo water and water hardly influence, the flame retardant PET after alkali treatment is greater down than the changes of flame retardant flame retardant PVC after alkali treatment.
