Research On Improvement Methods Of Tangshan Industrial Enterprise Environmental Regulation

As a heavy industry of resource type city with a history of over 100 years, Tangshan, is facing the environment capacity which is heavier than other areas, the structural pollution formed by industrial structure and energy structure is serious, environmental capacity is small, the contradiction between the source of pollution emission standards and environmental quality standards of the more prominent. Improving the way of supervision in current environment is the only way to achieve environment and sustainable development.In this paper, based on the environmental supervision work practice in Tangshan, enterprises are facing the dilemma of environmental supervision and analysis, focused on solving the problem of local government in environmental regulation often appear "laws, lax enforcement of the law and supervision" of the problem, combined with the environmental regulatory measures of the city of Tangshan, from a new mode of the administrative, legal, economic and public participation in multi angle exploration environmental regulation, to achieve sustainable economic and social development.
