| The main fan optimization selection and parameter analysis of mine is one of important conditions in the mine construction and production. Based on this system, the software about main fan optimization selection and parameter analysis of mine has been developed, which is accurate and rapid to realize the mine fan type-selection and do the necessary parameter analysis on the fan of the selected.This paper provides analysis of the feasibility, according to the needs of the system.Visual Basic 6.0 has been used as a programming language in this system. Microsoft Access 2003 is used as a development tool for background data, depending on the Windows XP operating system. The software combined with the selection method of the main fan, fan performance curve, fan similar curve, law of the air volume, law of the air pressure, law of resistance and the optimization mathematical model. By using this main fan optimization selection and parameter analysis of mine software, we can select mine fan model, determine the ventilator’s best condition point in the period of the ventilation difficult and easy times and calculate the motor power. At the same time this software automatically generates the ventilator related parameters. This system has been put into practice in zhangcun coal mine, and realizes the main fan optimization selection and parameter analysis of mine. The effect of this system is better. |
