Industrial manufacturing is one of high energy consumption and pollution intensive trade. The industrial manufacturers take the pollution control measures, most of which are End-of-Pipe Control that couldn’t eliminate or reduce the pollution from the root. Since the beginning of the 90’s, twentieth Century, the international community has initiated Cleaner Production which is a new Strategy of environmental protection, to change the traditional environmental protect mode. This new strategy is one of important measures to achieve the coordinated and sustainable development of economy and environment.The Chinese government and the related departments have paid high attention to the issue of environmental pollution, and the owners of manufacturers have recognized that environmental protection is the social responsibility which should assume by themselves, the Cleaner Production Audit has been extended in China as one of the main tools to implement Cleaner Production. Though cleaner production has been gained some achievement in the industrial manufacturing by now, it’s still needed to study in practice due to the inadequacy.The thesis takes one testing company as disquisitive objection, and detailed audit the company’s entire production process in the light of the steps of cleaner production audit. In the pre-auditing phase, investigated and surveyed the present situation of the company, fixed on the key point for audit, and ensured the recent-term target and the long-term target. 12 no/low cost options and 1 medium/high cost option were produced synchronously. In the audit phase, through the analysis of the key point for audit and the evaluation of material balance, 18 options were produced in material and energy uses, process optimization, equipment alteration, reuse of the wastes, housekeeping and regular maintenance. 1 medium/high cost option was ensured enforceable option through the feasibility analysis on technology, environment and economy. Since the 17 no/low cost options and 1 medium/high cost option implemented, this company had invested 1.8412 million RMB, but can gain economy benefit of 3.1105 million RMB/Year. And it can make the company reclaim 387 kg sealing compound,the usage of n-hexane reduced 2.13 ten, the usage of electricity reduced 1.8105 million kilowatt-hours, the usage of diesel oil reduced 162.6 ten, wrapper saved and Noise emission reduced. The recent goal has been come true already.At the end of the study, delivered five suggestions to the industrial manufacturers for reference, and expect the development of Cleaner Production in China.
