One of China’s national economy basis for the industrial chemical production industry. Accidents in the chemical production process will lead to serious property damage of mass plant, equipment and personal injury, and also cause environmental pollution and other serious incidents, is considered to be high-risk industries. To make the economy of our country countryman to toward a healthy, sustainable and orderly development, must ensure that the chemical enterprises to carry out the production according to the standard of security process. Traditional books teaching methods can’t cultivate the sense of crisis and crisis response. it is difficult for employees to explain the occurrence of hazards, causes, and answer how to effectively prevent them. At present, the modern large-scale chemical enterprise use the DCS mostly, Distributed Control System to adjust the chemical process operation. The method can effectively prevent accidents, reduce accident frequency. DCS technology training for chemical practitioners can effectively improve the basic quality, safety awareness of employees. Thus combining the "chemical simulation" with the teaching method can teach technical staff to have security awareness, and product under the rules, Makes the chemical enterprises can carry out safety production, reduce resource consumption, energy saving. The aim of using simulation software for chemical education is to improve students’ ability to integrate theory with practice, strengthen the safety management, production concept and the students’ ability to think and work. Improve their actual operating Performance. But in the current chemical simulation teaching, we usually only examine the steady-state operation. The operation and inspection for non-steady-state is relatively weak. Therefore, the main work of this paper includes the following two aspects:(1) The teaching application is discussed and the related level control system by using the simulation software is studied.The level control process which is common in chemical process is chosen as research objects, to discuss the teaching methods of material transport process. A corresponding simulation model is established. And the different effects of different control means on adjusting the chemical process are studied. The increasingly complex chemical process is considered. I increased the difficulty of level control model, and designed appropriate programs reaction processes and operations processes.(2) The level control simulation software according to the new process requirements is improved.Fluid delivery unit level control system, for example. By increasing the complexity of the operation, simulate the chemical reaction process. And adjusted and improved the corresponding portion of the simulation unit operations depending on the complexity of chemical operations, trades request and the needs of production. A different level process control simulation process is established. The system comparison of Level Control in delivery process, programming and improvements are mainly studied to design new process of simulation by increasing aging liquid tank equipment under the new process requirements.
