An Analysis Of Schedule Management On Mine Geological Environment Governance Projects Of Jinan High-tech Zone

Progress control is one of the important content of project management, is also one of the three objectives on the project cost, progress and quality. It is a central task to control the progress of the project effectively to make it achieve the expected garget. The schedule control not only affects the success of the project, but also directly affects the economic benefit and the development prospects. Therefore, the effective application of the progress control theory in the engineering construction will guide the implementation of the project progress and guarantee the project to be completed on time.The Mine Goaf of Jinan High-tech Development Zone is caused by the mining activity in the history which destroyed the land resources and landforms greatly and even caused geological hazard and hidden hazards. With the development of city, the existence of the hidden geological hazard and other geological problems restricts the development of the High-Tech Development Zone. The mine goaf in Jinan High-Tech Development Zone is listed as one of the key development area in Jinan. This article selects "the Geological Environment Improvement of the Mine Goaf in Jinan High-Tech Development Zone Project" as the research object, mainly to research how to apply the theory, methods and technology of project progress control into different links of the progress control and application of the project, thus to realize the application of project progress control theory in real projects and to solve specific problems in the project operation. The article first introduces application of the project progress plan and the theory, method and the establishment, and introduces the concept of the project, working structure, project organization and progress control system; then elaborates the project progress arrangement and detailed establishment of the progress plan, it analyzes the course of the project progress control, introduces the progress control plan of the whole project, at the same time, it describes the dynamic monitor of the project progress control; Finally, the article evaluates the application of the project progress control, summarizes the factors of success and offers advice on further settlement of the problems.
