As a kind of important energy source, oil is still the main driving force for ensuring the steady economic growth. And then, the oil tube is an important part in the work of oil exploitation, the stand or fall of its management can directly affect the development of petroleum industry. In order to realize the effective management of the oil tube, each pipe has been marking out the identity in the manufacturing process; the identity corresponds to the specific identity information which goes through the life cycle process of oil tube such as production, classification, recycling, etc. How to use the identity information effectively to realize the oil tube life cycle management has become an important problem needed to be solved in the work of oil exploitation.The system is a subsystem of "the Oil Tube Identity Acquisition System of Binnan Oil Production Plant in Shengli Oilfield ", in the experience of the previous management, some problems such that workload was big, cost was high and management was chaotic contained in Binnan Oil Production plant. In order to solve these problems, the system combines with the oil tube identity information recognition software to built the oil tube identification information database and construct database management software of developing information with the use of B/S pattern. User can maintain the operation of the oil tube information as long as he or she can login the system by a Web browser, thus the system can realize the whole process of, the whole value of, integrated and informatization of management for oil tube.For the construction of the life cycle management system for oil tube based on B/S mode, this paper adopts the combination of MySQL database, SSH background frame and DWZ front-end frame to study it. On the function level, the system aims at completing the development work of the user login and management module, basic information maintenance module, oil tube management module and the management application module; on the technical level, the system will be divided into five layers including the database layer, the persistence layer, the business logic layer, the presentation layer and the user layer in the specific process. In the study of the specific development process, I focused on the study of the following main contents:(1) Build an oil tube identification information database with the use of MySQL database management system to establish oil tube information data table, oil production plant data table, oil mine data table and user identity information table, solving the problems of configuration, naming, setting, selecting and other issues in the process of construction, building the logical relationship between tables;(2) Adopt DWZ rich client front-end frame to develop the system to develop Ajax project quickly and use the various UI components to develop the system pages, making those pages become more beautiful and the functional shows become more rich and colorful, achieving the effect that interface is simply and easily to use, achieving fast response for oil tube data transaction process;(3) Build the background frame of the system with the use of the mature SSH frame which has opening source to construct MVC model, dividing the system architecture into three layers including the persistence layer, the business logic layer and the presentation layer to edit and integrate the code, dealing with the request for the data process of oil tube.After finishing the research and development of those above aspects, the system has basically completed the design and implementation work of the user login and management module, the basic information maintenance module, the oil tube management module.And a part of the management application module based on statistical analysis has been accomplished according to the production requirement. This system is proved to run well through the connection test, Cookies test, compatibility test, concurrent access test, browser test, security test and other tests. The test result meets the requirement analysis for the life cycle management system of oil tube.The scalability of system provides the feasibility of the late development.
