Research On The Construction Of Ecological Civilization In Enterprise

As for the problems concerning human destiny and future development such as climate and environment in the history, human beings never have been confronted with such serious ecological crisis as today. In China, it is urgent to build ecological society and realize ecological civilization. The 18 th CPC National Congress, for the first time wrote in “ecological civilization” to Party Constitution and promoted the ecological civilization construction to a brand new height. The Party Central Committee attached importance to the ecology, conforming to the masses’ expectation for better life and providing theory and policy support for building socialism ecological civilization. In ecological civilization construction, enterprises are the consumption subject as well as the major maker of environment pollution, shedding the compelling obligation of environment protection and rational resource utilization. The ecological civilization study on enterprises in Hebei starts late, and many enterprises lack favorable ecological civilization awareness, give a priority to economic interest, ignore the social responsibility and give rise to many ecological problems, bringing great loss to the country and people. Therefore, to evaluate enterprises based on ecological civilization construction is beneficial for enterprises to fulfill the requirements of ecological civilization and promote the development of ecological civilization construction of enterprises.This topic gives a systematic introduction around ecological civilization construction, makes an in-depth analysis of current construction situation, further defines the significance of ecological civilization construction, takes Hebei Iron & Steel Group as a case study to make a survey of ecological civilization construction of enterprises in Hebei and conducts an analysis of the constraints. This thesis argues that there are still some shortcomings in enterprise ecological civilization including the following five aspects: difficulties in policy implementation, lacking liberal development environment; fund shortage and financing difficulty; low personnel quality and talent shortage; weak ecological civilization construction awareness and lack of effective management system. Finally, this thesis proposes the practical program for realizing the ecological civilization construction of Hebei Iron & Steel Group through building the awareness of ecological civilization, increasing the policy impetus and enhancing ecological management for the purpose of realizing the harmonious coexistence of man and nature during speeding up the ecological civilization construction.
